(1) The shareholder who does not report the loss by public notice shall proceed with the cancellation of report for loss with the original specimen seal at this Company.
(2) The shareholder who has reported the loss by public notice shall proceed to cancel the public notice at the court and then apply for cancellation of the report for loss with this Company on the ground of the duplicate of the written petition and receipt together with the original specimen seal.

How long can a shareholder receive the stock certificates upon receipt of the court's judgment on ex warrant? |

The shareholder shall apply for re-issue of new stock certificates with this Company on the ground of the court's judgment on ex warrant. He/she may claim the new stock certificates with his/her ID card, original specimen seal and fill out the "written application for re-issue of stock certificates" at this Company after 10 days.
