In 2017, in response to an ever greater emphasis upon living as well as possible and taking responsibility for our personal health, Wang Ruey Yu, chairperson of Formosa Biomedical Technology Corporation, organized the transformation of the GMP cosmetics factory in Changhua into a facility that offers health management services to the general public. This factory, already equipped with state-of-the-art medical resources and extremely sophisticated production equipment, was upgraded to become the “Formosa Biomedical YOHO Museum” and also FPG’s first tourism factory to be opened to the public. It is the first factory in Taiwan to demonstrate a complete production line to the public, from development through to quality control and manufacturing. Visitors can witness how FBC produces products that enhance the health and beauty of people, and how FBC has fostered its service of "healthcare manufacturing". The museum also provides various services such as professional guides and explanations, exhibits on corporate culture, interactive media for families, DIY experiences, product exhibitions and sales, and featured food items. At the same time, in order to allow the public to experience personal health management, the museum combines smart health services such as "Home Health Check-ups", "intelligent body examination", "Skin Moisture and Scalp Smart Testing", and a "Healthy Home Experience" for visitors.
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 8:30 to 17:30; last admission is 16:30. (Except for Lunar New Year's Eve and the first day of Lunar New Year)
